Help - Uninstalling a Calibre 5.3.0

After uninstalling Calibre 5.3.0 (2020), the file is still located in my Windows 10 app registry (it didn't uninstall correctly). Please advise. I also was a paid subscriber until this happened.

Please advise on how to correct this issue.
