Hello from a New member

I'm an old-time hacker, and I am into reading books. I've recently had to re-format my computer, installing Windows 11 on it, and lost all my software. I went back and found the kindle for PC version 1.7, and installed it. Unfortunately, it would not let me sign in to Amazon, so I downloaded the newest version. It doesn't like my calibre, so I'm digging around to find a way to get it to work.
