Light will not swipe control (new unit)

plugged into computer, it turned on and the light was automatically on.
Set it up signed in.

Can not left side swipe to control the light.
I checked the settings and it is on.

When I power off and power back on, the light automatically comes on.
I still can't swipe to control.

I did have a Libra so I know how to use it.
Any ideas?
