Fell through the ice while skating, Voyage green LED stuck on

Hi all- I fell through the ice while skating along some sketchy barely frozen canals, and my Voyage got a bit damp. I took it apart and cleaned the contacts (these are pre-cleaning pics), now those spots are clean.

Is there a charging circuit / chip which I should be focussing my attention on ?

It works, but the battery level drops about 10% per day now if I don't read at all.
