How to bulk edit identifiers?

Hi,

The books I want to edit all have same ISBN, but in the Ids metadata is empty for most of them. I want to bulk set the shared ISBN to all the books. Is it possible?

I tried the search and replace tab in the bulk edit window. I've set the Search field to Identifier and type to desired one. I put nothing in Search for, and I put the ISBN in Replace with, but it did not work.
