Mobi file in Kindle Oasis or Paperwhite look different than they do in calibre

hi guys,

I have a manuscript that I typed in Hindi in MS Word, Docx format. I then used calibre to convert that to mobi and transferred it to my oasis/paperwhite. when I look at it in cabilre book viewer everything is fine. In Kindle, however, randomly (because I can't see any pattern) there are errors or incorrect reproduction. For example: जाम्बवती (correct and as it looks in calibre) looks like जाम ्बवती in both my kindles.

Note this only occurs in mobi format. If I use the AZW3 it looks perfect.

Now the question is why dont I use hte azw3 format then? The problem I find when I use this format is that page turning becomes painfully slow. and when I change to a new chapter it takes upwards of 25 seconds before the page turns. With mobi, the page turning is as it should be.

So neither format works for me, unfortunately, without problems.
