icon size on high-res display

I've recently gotten a very nice very high resolution display. (3840 x 2160)

On the main Calibre display, I can specify that icons be displayed "large" and it works fine, but when I go into preferences, or other screens, the icons are tiny tiny tiny. see below.



anything to be done, or is this a "First world problem" and I should just be quiet. I can deal with it.
