Onyx Boox Max 2 frozes

Hi everyone!
So I have got some problem with my Onyx Boox Max 2 (firmware is up to date, although the problem existed even before I installed the latest update.)
The screen just frozes (it can be while using browser, neo reader even in settings) with Onyx logo, restarting doesn't help - I tried also in connection with all buttons. I found a way to reboot it, by connecting power supply and then holding power button. It happens even when it's battery is fully charged.
Do you have any ideas? Factory reset, cleaning caches didn't help...
