Worth replacing Glo HD battery?

I'm curious if other people have replaced the battery in their Kobo Glo HD, and what their experience has been.

I've had this Glo HD for almost 5 years, so I've certainly gotten a good deal of use out of it, but I don't really want something bigger and the equivalent Clara HD doesn't seem different enough to warrant buying.

I saw that the battery I should get is a PR-285083, listed on this thread:

But I am curious what the experience of others has been who have actually replaced the battery; how difficult it is to replace the battery and whether these replacement batteries work well, etc.
