content_server_will_display not working?

Hello all.

I'm hoping someone can help me please. I am running Calibre 4.15 running on a Mac Mini (Mojave).

Even though I have the settings as shown in the screenshot "settings.pdf", when I restart calibre, log into the server via localhost in Safari, or Firefox, the custom tags are still there when the search icon is clicked (please see browser.pdf").

Is this a bug or is my syntax incorrect?
