Calibre Windows 10 display issue

Hello everybody,

I just installed Calibre for Windows 10. However, the display for all books is off. For instance, when I select a word in the Quick start guide, the mice needs to be few centimeters below the word to select it. This effect is more pronounced at the top than bottom of the screen. In addition the text resolution is granular. It is likely a scaling issue but I don't know how to fix it. I tried installing previous versions of the software but got the same issue.
Do anyone has ideas on how I can fix this problem?
