I decided to grab a Forma since Ive missed the larger screen of my old PRS-950. So far, it shows how far Kobo has come on the software side, but the hardware side could be better to catch up to Amazon.
But theres one issue I wanted to check with folks about before I attempt a replacement, since I bought directly from Kobo, and so Im expecting 2 weeks or more to send it back and get a replacement.
One of the next/prev buttons gets stuck. Especially if I just used the other button, so as I press on the button, it clicks as it gets unstuck, and then clicks again as it presses. The other button works fine.
Does anyone else have this sort of problem with their device? Im wondering if I should even expect a replacement to fix this or not, since Kobo did put the buttons on a sort of lever/see-saw which leads to these sorts of issues (which is why almost nobody does this), so it is hard to tell if Im just unlucky or this is a general design flaw with the model.
