Differentiate application from library settings [Feature request]

Preferences and Tweeks should allow you to easily identify when it comes to application-wide or library-only settings.

Maybe rearrange the settings in different tabs or split tabs under different headers, not sure.

Currently it is very confusing to know when a setting its a library setting or even when a setting is overridden by another.

Please keep this under consideration!
