Problem displaying books from remote machines

Hello,
I'm porting my calibre server from an old windows server to a new win 10 machine. If I connect using localhost:8888 I get the initial screen, click the button as see all the books.

If I connect from another machine using 192.168.1.200:8888, I get the initial screen, click the button, wait, and then it times out telling me there are no books.

Remote access worked fine on the old machine and I have replicated the drive and folder locations and used the same commands to start the server.

Any suggestions about how to diagnosis and fix this?
