I have the original box of my Aura that was stolen at a UK airport on 26 June 2019. Could Rakuten track the original device? I cannot even contact them.:blink:

The thing is that I had several books on it that I need for reference.
If I buy a new device, would I be permitted to re-download the books already bought and paid for?
