I noticed middle last week that the first time one reads a book, Moon+ opens (for me) the "Most Recent" page. From then on the book opens normally. If you change to another book "B" then one sees the behavior again. If you change back to book "A", that book "A" might open normally or it might again open the Most Recent page. I haven't been able to determine the rules. Given that there have been no changes to CC and that Moon+ has been updated several times, it seems clear that Moon+ has changed its behavior. I went through all the Moon+ options and as far as I can tell there is nothing I can do about it. I don't know if the dev intended this behavior or if it is a mistake.
Does anyone else see this behavior? If so, has anyone worked out a way to avoid it?
Fortunately dealing with the problem is easy. Hit the back button in Moon+ to go back to CC and "read" the book again. This is made easier by changing the Moon+ option "Back Key" (in Control options) to "Close Moon+ reader". Another way to do it that I sometimes use is to return to the home screen and tap on the CC widget I have placed there to open the latest book.
