I have poor vision, need 10 inch high contrast reader

Hello, because of my poor vision I need a high contrast screen at least 10 inches. I do not care if it is back lighted as I'd have the light off so as to reduce damaging the one and only eye that I now use. Clear black text a must. What would you recommen
