Your favorite android apps on a reading device

On an Android device you use frequently for reading (phone, tablet, e-ink Android), what are your favorite apps for content consumption (not limited to ebook readers)?

And with each, maybe add a comment on why. Always interested to hear what favorite apps folks are using; that's how I found many of my current faves.


Reader apps
Kindle (the smoothest all around dedicated ebook reading experience)
Google Play Books (a close second to Kindle)
FB Reader (the app is 'close to open source', cross plat, cloud based sync of reading data, and gives fine-grained control over reading styles)
Moon+ Reader (the best performing Android ebook reader all around, extensive customization, handles many formats and large files with ease)
Eboox (an impressive highly rated new reader that is small, lightweight on resource usage, clean simple UI, and fast. Also the dev was responsive when i sent some feedback. Keep an eye on this one).

Browsers
Mozilla Firefox (open source, works on all OS's, far better about user privacy than Chrome/Edge, runs extensions including many ad blockers even on mobile, extremely customizable, Pocket integration, fast, syncs bookmarks/history across all my Windows/Android devices)
Samsung Browser (a distant second, but if I didn't have Mozilla, I'd use Samsung's browser because it seems to be very fast and efficient about battery and memory usage on my Android devices)

Read later apps
Pocket (full cross platform app, easy tagging, export, saved pages accessible easily on all platforms, fast, free, fully integrated with Firefox, my preferred browser)

News apps
Feedly (performs well, runs on all platforms, gives a fair amount of control over layout and customization of feeds, good sharing integration with other apps like Pocket best replacement I've been able to find for the Google News reader)

Note taking apps
OneNote (cross platform, free on Windows/iOS/Android, notes now cloud sync efficiently across all devices, sharing integration with browsers and other apps, advanced features like OCR and handwriting recognition, visual tabbed organization plus now custom tagging ability is nice [ETA note: custom tagging currently only works in the Windows app, hoping they'll add to Android soon])

Standalone dictionary apps
*Note: During reading I also use the integrated dictionary content. But I like to also have a standalone dictionary/reference for lookups, browsing, and word games. Yeah I'm a word nerd. :2thumbsup
Free Dictionary by Farlex (free and paid versions Android/iOS/web, highly rated both stores, broad reference to many sources beyond dictionary, uses American Heritage dictionary as a key source, nice integrated word games and learning tools)

Library integration apps
Libby [or Overdrive--same company, similar features] (free and available Android/iOS/Windows; nice library integration and ebook checkout management; don't currently use the built-in reader at all)
