Calibre 2.57.1 x64 NOT reading Kindle Fire HD

I've tried all my USB ports on my laptop and the same result happens: Kindle NOT showing up in Calibre. A picture of my Kindle shows up in Sidebar of Windows, but when I click on it, nothing is there.
