Please give me some advice.
My paperwhite 3 touchscreen lately has been freezing every now and then. It looks like there's a spot in the middle of the screen that is sometimes "automatically" touched, i.e. the book in the middle of the screen would be open without my touching it, and then it just freezes. Turning off the screen and on again could do something, but then it just happens like before.
I've tried to restart and even reset but that did not solve the problem.
Is my touchscreen broken? Should I take it for servicing?
Btw, I use a magnetic cover with my Kindle, but I guess it should not be the cause.
