My KOA2 is now stuck on the logo screen for a few days. I think I was one of the first to update it to 5.10.1.1 for a trip. Didn't check if the firmware was 5.9.6 though. It worked fine after the update until I plugged it in at 50% (the light turn orange) and in a day, when I checked the battery is down to 1%!
I contacted Amazon and they asked me to do a restart, so I did, tried plug it into other cable and charger too. Now it's stuck here for a few days, hard reset is not working and I'm outside of US, so I would prefer not to send it back.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Or am I hopeless?
