Remove cover or generate default cover in content server

I know it's possible to upload new covers but is it possible to remove the covers or generate default covers in the content server?

Most fanfics I add don't have covers and calibre automatically generates a cover that's basically a wall of text. The wall-of-text cover isn't particularly readable as a thumbnail on the PW3 and serves more as hindrance than help.
