Having some trouble going from Word to Calibre on my Mac. Usually not a problem, but this leaf image is used 130 times. It's only in two instances where it disappears (both in the same story). I've tried replacing the story, reformatting it, clearing the reformatting, replacing the images in several different ways. The images show up in the HTML file even, but for some reason Calibre keeps getting rid of them. Can anyone offer any advice? Is this a bug?
