I'm sure this has been asked before but I've been googling and fiddling with things all week and I've gone mad...
So I decided to buy a couple (5, should have tried at one so I'd be able to give up and take the loss :P ) comics I could only get via Nook (with the intention of keeping them available on my choice apps and having them saved/archived for personal use like I do with Kobo titles, as they're digital copies of books I've long worn out, sometimes more than once, from when I was a kid). Seemed simple enough.
Nook for PC won't let me download any of my titles (I get that Download: 2138 error even if I just try to read online, there are four titles that were put in there for free, two of which downloaded automatically, the other two suffer the same fate, not that I want any of them). So I moved on to the Nook app where the files themselves download just fine. Of course I never used to have any problems rooting my devices to get important date but all of the sudden I'm encountering issue after issue.
Is the Nook PC App failing so spectacularly for me because I'm accessing it from Australia (the android apps don't take any issue with my location it seems)? I'm at the end of my rope and honestly at this point I'm just about willing to palm my account off to some random to get these files out FOR me. Is the PC app no longer working at all and I'm just out of the loop? On that note if there's someone who can "help me out" (if you know what I'm saying) please let me know, I've literally spent every evening after work all week figuring this out, trying a hundred different solutions and alternative means and I'm back at square one.
