A couple of questions

Using the Glo HD now for a couple of months and really impressed so far

However I've a couple of questions
First, the table of contents does not show page numbers, something that the Sony did. Is this normal for all Kobos

Secondly I manage my books via calibre but for books bought via Kobo calibre does not show them as on the device. It's their a way round this
