Hi there,
I'm having a problem I haven't seen covered. I have a lot of side-loaded books on my iPad. For instance, I've noticed a weird formatting issue with a Kindle book on my iPad Pro 12.9 that's solved by breaking the DRM, converting the book to a .mobi and uploading it to the my personal documents*
The covers are there when I download, but if I force quit the app or do another sync, some of the covers are lost, and some stay.
Is this a bug in either the Kindle app or iOS 9, or am I doing something wrong when I convert the book? I usually set Calibre to make both kinds of .mobi (I set the new, old, both box to both).
* The formatting issue if I read a book in landscape, sometime at the end of a chapter, a single page is spread across two half page
